1. Organiser

The organiser of the prize draw is TIMOCOM GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as TIMOCOM).

The recipient of the information provided by the participants is TIMOCOM GmbH. 

2. Profit

All eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following available Amazon vouchers: 1 x 100 euros, 2 x 75 euros, 7 x 50 euros.

Cash payment of the prize and transfer to other persons is not possible.

3. Duration of the prize draw

The prize draw starts on 06/08/2024 at 8:00a.m. and ends on 15/09/2024 at 6:00p.m.

4. Eligibility

Only people over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each survey participant is eligible for one prize draw entry only. Employees of the organiser of the prize draw and their relatives are excluded from participating.

5. Participation procedure

In order to participate in the prize draw, the participant must have a current licensing agreement with the organiser and have appropriately answered all questions in the survey that is the basis for prize draw participation. Place holders, irrelevant answers or joke answers may be determined by the organiser to be inappropriate answers.

6. Determining the winner

The winner will be chosen at random from all participants. The decision is made by random draw.

7. Date and type of notification

The winner will be informed by TIMOCOM by e-mail after the prize draw has ended. Each winner must contact TIMOCOM within five days of publication of the winner's notification by e-mail with their address and TIMOCOM ID. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in forfeiture of the right to win and the prize will be raffled again.

8. Awarding the prize

The prize, in the form of a voucher code, will be sent to the address provided by the winner in the survey. The prize is awarded and shipped by TIMOCOM GmbH.

To receive the prize, the participant may be required to provide a complete postal address so that the gift voucher can be sent (via post). For security reasons it will not be possible to pick up the prize or arrange a handover. The decision is final and cannot be subjected to legal action, cash payment in lieu of the gift voucher is not an option and transferring the prize to another person is forbidden.

9. Exclusion of participants

Each participant may only enter this prize draw once and can only win once. Participation shall also be excluded if there are justified reasons, such as a violation of the conditions of participation, undue influence on the prize draw, manipulation, etc. If necessary, prizes can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed in these cases.

10. Extraordinary termination of the prize draw

The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the prize draw if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond TIMOCOM's control or if this is the only way to ensure that the prize draw can be carried out properly.

11. Severability clause

Should any of the provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.

12. Other

The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between participant and TIMOCOM are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Dusseldorf.

There is no right of appeal.

4. Reikalavimai

Dalyvauti loterijoje gali ne jaunesni nei 18 metų asmenys. Kiekvienas apklausos dalyvis į loteriją bus įrašytas vieną kartą. Konkurso organizatoriaus darbuotojai ir jų giminaičiai nuo dalyvavimo nepriklauso.

Norėdamas dalyvauti prizų loterijoje, dalyvis privalo turėti licencijos sutartį su organizatoriumi ir tinkamai atsakyti į visus apklausos klausimus – tai yra dalyvavimo prizų loterijoje pagrindinė sąlyga. Atsitiktiniai simboliai vietoje teksto, nesusiję atsakymai arba įrašyti juokeliai organizatoriaus gali būti laikomi netinkamais atsakymais. 

6. Nugalėtojo nustatymas

Laimėtojas bus atrinktas atsitiktine tvarka iš visų dalyvių nuo pirmiau nurodyto laikotarpio pabaigos. Sprendimas priimamas atsitiktine tvarka.

7. Pranešimo data ir tipas

Nugalėtojas bus informuotas el. paštu pasibaigus loterijai. Kiekvienas laimėtojas turi susisiekti su TIMOCOM el. paštu per penkias dienas nuo laimėtojo pranešimo paskelbimo, nurodydamas savo adresą ir TIMOCOM ID. Nesilaikant šio termino, teisė laimėti neteks galios ir prizas bus išloštas dar kartą. 

8. Apdovanojimai

Prizas kupono kodo forma bus išsiųstas apklausos laimėtojo nurodytu adresu. Prizą dovanoja ir išsiunčia TIMOCOM GmbH. 

Norint gauti prizą, dalyvis gali būti paprašytas pateikti visą pašto adresą, kad dovanų kuponas būtų išsiųstas (paštu). Saugumo sumetimais nebus galima atsiimti prizo ar susitarti dėl jo perdavimo. Jeigu kuri nors iš dalyvavimo sutartyje numatytų nuostatų netenka galios , likusių dalyvavimo sąlygų teisėtumas turi likti nepasikeitęs.

Kitos sąlygos Dalyvavimo sąlygos ir visi teisiniai santykiai tarp dalyvio ir TimoCom sprendžiami remiantis išskirtinai Vokietijos Federacinės Respublikos įstatymais. Jurisdikcijai priklauso Diuseldorfo miestas.

The organiser of the prize draw is TIMOCOM GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as TIMOCOM).

The recipient of the information provided by the participants is TIMOCOM GmbH

At the end of each quarter, all eligible participants will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five Amazon vouchers worth 50 euros each. 

Cash payment of the prize and transfer to other persons is not possible.

3. Duration of the prize draw

The prize draw starts on 4 November 2023 at 8 am and will run continuously. 

4. Eligibility

Only people over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each survey participant is eligible for one prize draw entry only. Employees of the organiser of the prize draw and their relatives are excluded from participating.

5. Participation procedure

In order to participate in the prize draw, the participant must have a (formerly) existing licensing agreement with the organiser and have appropriately answered all questions in the survey that is the basis for prize draw participation. Place holders, irrelevant answers or joke answers may be determined by the organiser to be inappropriate answers. 

6. Determining the winner

The winner will be chosen at random from all participants at the end of the each quarter. The decision is made by random draw. 

7. Date and type of notification

The winner will be informed by TIMOCOM by e-mail after the prize draw has ended, i.e. at the end of each quarter. Each winner must contact TIMOCOM within five days of publication of the winner’s notification by e-mail with their address and (former) TIMOCOM ID. Failure to comply with this deadline will result in forfeiture of the right to win and the prize will be raffled again.

8. Awarding the prize

The prize, in the form of a voucher code, will be sent to the address provided by the winner in the survey. The prize is awarded and shipped by TIMOCOM GmbH. 

To receive the prize, the participant may be required to provide a complete postal address so that the gift voucher can be sent (via post). For security reasons it will not be possible to pick up the prize or arrange a handover. The decision is final and cannot be subjected to legal action, cash payment in lieu of the gift voucher is not an option and transferring the prize to another person is forbidden. 

9. Purpose of processing

The purpose of the processing is your participation in the prize draw. We process your data solely for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw. The data collected for the implementation of the prize draw will be deleted 6 months after the winner has been declared. 

In the event that this is stated in the prize draw, you will provide us with your data in return for participating in the prize draw in order to receive our e-mail newsletter. You can opt-out of receiving the e-mail newsletter electronically at any time. The link required for this can be found in every newsletter e-mail. Your data will not be passed on to other companies or used for other purposes unless you give us your explicit consent. 

10. Exclusion of participants

Each participant may only enter this prize draw once and can only win once. Participation shall also be excluded if there are justified reasons, such as a violation of the conditions of participation, undue influence on the prize draw, manipulation, etc. If necessary, prizes can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed in these cases.

11. Extraordinary termination of the prize draw

The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the prize draw if this should be necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond TIMOCOM’s control or if this is the only way to ensure that the prize draw can be carried out properly. 

12. Severability clause

Should any of the provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. 

13. Other

The conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between participant and TIMOCOM are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Dusseldorf. 

There is no right of appeal.

4. Eligibility

Only people over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each participant in the prize draw is eligible for one entry only. In addition, the persons must visit the TIMOCOM GmbH exhibition booth at LogiMAT. Employees of the organiser of the prize draw and their relatives are excluded from participating. 

5. Participation procedure

To enter the prize draw, the following steps are required:

1. Visit the exhibition booth: Visit the TIMOCOM GmbH exhibition booth at LogiMAT in Stuttgart.
2. Enter the Speed Challenge Take part in our Speed Challenge. You will be given the task of posting a freight offer on the TIMOCOM freight exchange as quickly as possible based on a given e-mail. Stop the timer yourself by pressing a buzzer.
3. Fill out the form: Enter your time and your name in the entry form provided. All participants who complete the form correctly and successfully submit the freight offer at the TIMOCOM GmbH exhibition booth will be entered into the prize draw. 

6. Determining the winner

The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants after the closing date.

7. Date and type of notification

The winner will be informed by TIMOCOM by e-mail after the prize draw has ended. Each winner must contact TIMOCOM within five days of publication of the winner’s notification and send their address details. Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist die TIMOCOM GmbH (nachfolgend auch als TIMOCOM genannt).

Der Empfänger der von den Teilnehmenden bereitgestellten Informationen ist die TIMOCOM GmbH. 

2. Gewinn

Unter allen zulässigen Teilnahmen werden insges. 10 x 50,- Euro Wunschgutscheine ausgelost.

Eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns und die Übertragung auf andere Personen ist nicht möglich.

3. Gewinnspieldauer

Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 01.03.2025 um 08:00 Uhr und endet am 31.05.2025 um 18:00 Uhr. 

4. Teilnahmeberechtigung

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Jede/r Teilnehmer/in an der Umfrage ist nur zur einmaligen Teilnahme an der Verlosung berechtigt. Mitarbeite/innen des Veranstalters des Gewinnspiels sowie deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

5. Teilnahmehandlung

Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme an der Verlosung ist die ordnungsgemäße Beantwortung aller Fragen der zugrundeliegenden Umfrage. Platzhalter, sachfremde Antworten oder Scherzantworten können nach Ermessen des Veranstalters als nicht-ordnungsgemäße Antworten angesehen werden. 

6. Gewinnermittlung

Der/die Gewinner/innen werden aus allen Teilnehmer/innen nach Ablauf der Gewinnspieldauer per Zufallsprinzip ermittelt. Das Los entscheidet.

7. Zeitpunkt und Art der Benachrichtigung

Der/die Gewinner/in wird nach Ablauf des Teilnahmeschlusses von TIMOCOM per E-Mail informiert. Jeder Gewinner muss sich innerhalb von fünf Tagen ab Veröffentlichung der Gewinnmitteilung per E-Mail bei TIMOCOM mit seinen Adressdaten, sowie seiner TIMOCOM ID melden. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Frist hat ein Erlöschen des Gewinnanspruchs zur Folge und der Gewinn wird erneut verlost.

8. Gewinnübermittlung

Die Gewinnübermittlung erfolgt per Gutscheincode an die von dem Gewinner angegebenen Adresse. Die Gewinnübermittlung und Versandabwicklung erfolgt über die TIMOCOM GmbH.

Zur Gewinnübergabe ist ggf. die Angabe einer vollständigen Adresse für den (Post-)Versand erforderlich, eine Abholung oder Übergabe ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht möglich. Rechtsweg und Barauszahlung sowie Übertragung des Gewinns an andere Personen sind ausgeschlossen.

9. Zweck der Verarbeitung

Der Zweck der Verarbeitung ist Ihre Teilnahme an dem Gewinnspiel. Wir verarbeiten Ihre Daten ausschließlich für die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels. Die für die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels erhobenen Daten werden spätestens 6 Monate nach Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels gelöscht.

Für den Fall, dass dies im Gewinnspiel angegeben ist, überlassen Sie uns Ihre Daten im Gegenzug für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel für die Zusendung unseres E-Mail-Newsletters. Sie können den Empfang des E-Mailnewsletters jederzeit wieder elektronisch abbestellen. Den dafür notwendigen Link finden Sie in jedem E-Mailnewsletter. Ihre Daten werden nicht an andere Unternehmen weitergegeben oder für andere Zwecke verwendet außer Sie erteilen uns Ihre explizite Einwilligung.

10. Ausschluss von Teilnehmern

Jeder/Jede Teilnehmer/in darf nur einmalig an diesem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen und kann nur einmal gewinnen. Die Teilnahme ist ebenfalls auszuschließen, sofern berechtigte Gründe, wie ein Verstoß gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen, unzulässige Beeinflussung des Gewinnspiels, Manipulation etc. vorliegen. Gegebenenfalls können in diesen Fällen auch nachträglich Gewinne aberkannt und zurückgefordert werden.

11. Außerordentliche Beendigung des Gewinnspiels

Die Veranstalter behalten sich vor, die Aktion zu modifizieren, auszusetzen oder zu beenden, soweit dies aufgrund höherer Gewalt oder äußerer, nicht von TIMOCOM zu beeinflussender Umstände erforderlich sein sollte oder wenn nur so eine ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Aktion gewährleistet werden kann.

12. Salvatorische Klausel

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen der Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bedingungen unberührt.

13. Sonstiges

Diese Teilnahmebedingungen und die gesamte Rechtsbeziehung zwischen den Teilnehmenden und der TIMOCOM GmbH unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Gerichtsstand ist Düsseldorf.

Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

2. Prizas

2025 m. birželį–gruodį, kol vyks prizų traukimas, kiekvieną mėnesį skirstysime piniginius prizus, kurių grynoji vertė lygi reikalavimus atitinkančio transporto užsakymo vertei, bet ne daugiau kaip 1 500 EUR. Jie bus tvarkomi TIMOCOM Marketplace.

Prizui paskirti reikalingi naudotojo ID ir TIMOCOM ID, su TIMOCOM naudotojas gaus 250 EUR vertės kuponą. Įmonė, pripažįstama kaip nugalėtoja pagal TIMOCOM ID, gali pateikti bet kurią transporto sąskaitą faktūrą, atitinkančią atitinkamo mėnesio reikalavimus, kad piniginis prizas būtų išmokėtas tik į įmonės sąskaitą, kurią įmonė naudoja licencijos mokesčiams TIMOCOM sumokėti. Be to, TIMOCOM naudotojas, kurio ID ištraukiamas, gaus 250 EUR vertės kuponą.

Pirmieji 100 TIMOCOM naudotojų, atitinkantys dalyvavimo prizų traukime reikalavimus, nurodytus 5 punkte „Dalyvavimo reikalavimai“, gaus dovaną staigmeną („Mo“ minkštą žaisliuką arba pelės kilimėlį).

Prizų išmokėti grynaisiais pinigais ir perduoti kitiems asmenims negalima.

3. Prizų traukimo trukmė

Prizų traukimas pradedamas 2025.06.01 00:00 val. ir baigsis 2025.12.31 23:59 val.

4. Reikalavimai

Dalyvauti gali visi prizo išmokėjimo arba išsiuntimo metu TIMOCOM ID ir galiojančią TIMOCOM naudotojo sutartį turintys naudotojai su aktyviomis dalyvavimui reikalingomis naudotojo teisėmis. Visi fiziniai asmenys turi turėti aktyvų TIMOCOM naudotojo ID, būti nuolatiniai ES gyventojai ir ne jaunesni nei 18 metų. Konkurso organizatoriaus darbuotojai ir jų giminaičiai nuo dalyvavimo nepriklauso.

5. Dalyvavimo reikalavimai

Norėdami dalyvauti prizų traukime dalyviai su kiekvienu TIMOCOM ID turi:

• būti užpildę registracijos formą savo TIMOCOM prisijungimo el. pašto adresu;
• paskelbti bent tris pervežimo pasiūlymus per mėnesį TIMOCOM krovinių biržoje naudodami TIMOCOM AI;
• bent tris kartus per mėnesį naudodamiesi TIMOCOM Messenger susisiekti su kitu TIMOCOM klientu;
• įvykdyti bent tris sandorius per mėnesį TIMOCOM Marketplace.

Užsiregistravę dalyvauti prizų traukime dalyviai sutinka, kad TIMOCOM gali analizuoti jų naudojimosi TIMOCOM Marketplace elgseną, siekdama patvirtinti atitiktį pirmiau minėtiems dalyvavimo reikalavimams.

Dalyvavimas naudojant automatizuotas masinio dalyvavimo procedūras neleidžiamas.

6. Nugalėtojo nustatymas

Nugalėtojas kiekvieną mėnesį bus išrenkamas atsitiktiniu būdu iš visų dalyvių. Sprendimas priimamas atsitiktine tvarka.

7. Pranešimo data ir tipas

Nugalėtoją TIMOCOM informuos el. paštu arba telefonu per mėnesį nuo rezultatų paskelbimo. Kiekvienas nugalėtojas turi susisiekti su TIMOCOM el. paštu per penkias dienas nuo nugalėtojo paskelbimo, nurodydamas savo adresą ir TIMOCOM ID. Nesilaikant šio termino, teisė laimėti neteks galios ir prizas bus išloštas dar kartą.

Susisiekdamas su TIMOCOM ir atsiimdamas prizą nugalėtojas sutinka įrašyti pareiškimo dėl prizų traukimo ir naudojimosi TIMOCOM funkcijomis ir (arba) paslaugomis (TIMOCOM AI, TIMOCOM Messenger ir Sandoriai) vaizdo įrašą, kurį TIMOCOM gali naudoti savo rinkodarai (pvz., TIMOCOM Marketplace, naujienlaiškiuose, socialinės medijos priemonėse).

Dalyvaudama šiame prizų traukime, dalyvaujanti įmonė patvirtina, kad yra atsakinga už tinkamą mokesčių už visus prizus sumokėjimą pagal galiojančius mokesčių teisės aktus. Tai, visų pirma, apima atsakomybę sumokėti fiksuoto dydžio pajamų mokestį nuo piniginės naudos, jei jis mokamas už prizus pagal teisės aktų nuostatas. Dalyvaujanti įmonė sutinka pateikti visą reikalingą informaciją ir vykdyti visas susijusias mokestines prievoles. Dalyvis atleidžia TIMOCOM nuo bet kokių mokesčių administratoriaus pretenzijų, susijusių su šiuo prizu.

8. Apdovanojimai

TIMOCOM GmbH naudodama TIMOCOM arba naudotojo ID patikrina 4 ir 5 punktuose nurodytus dalyvavimo reikalavimus. Prizas nugalėtojui bus išsiųstas paštu. Prizą dovanoja ir išsiunčia TIMOCOM GmbH. Dalyvis atleidžia TIMOCOM nuo bet kokių mokesčių administratoriaus pretenzijų, susijusių su šiuo prizu.

9. Dalyvių išskyrimas

Kiekvienas dalyvis gali dalyvauti šiame prizų traukime kiekvieną mėnesį, tačiau per visą lošimo laikotarpį gali laimėti tik vieną kartą. Dalyviai bus pašalinti, jei bus pagrįstų priežasčių, pavyzdžiui, šių dalyvavimo sąlygų pažeidimas, netinkama įtaka prizų traukimui, manipuliacijos, priežastys, pateisinančios neatidėliotiną TIMOCOM licencijos sutarties nutraukimą, ir kt. Tokiais atvejais prizai taip pat gali būti atšaukiami ir prašoma juos grąžinti vėliau.

10. Išskirtinis prizų traukimo nutraukimas

Organizatorius pasilieka teisę keisti, sustabdyti arba nutraukti loteriją, jei tai būtina dėl nenugalimos jėgos arba išorinių aplinkybių, kurių TIMOCOM nekontroliuoja, arba jei tai yra vienintelis būdas užtikrinti, kad loterija būtų tinkamai vykdoma.

11. Atskyrimo sąlyga

Jeigu kuri nors iš dalyvavimo sutartyje numatytų nuostatų netenka galios , likusių dalyvavimo sąlygų teisėtumas turi likti nepasikeitęs.

12. Kita

Kitos sąlygos Dalyvavimo sąlygos ir visi teisiniai santykiai tarp dalyvio ir TimoCom sprendžiami remiantis išskirtinai Vokietijos Federacinės Respublikos įstatymais. Jurisdikcijai priklauso Diuseldorfo miestas.
